We understand that you don’t always think of booking your appointments during salon hours, so please click the button below to activate our online booking system. We will do our absolute best to ensure you are with your preferred therapist if stated, however this is not always possible. If you do have a particular request, we advise you call us. If making multiple appointments, please book all appointments under each individual’s name that will be attending that appointment to avoid any confusion. Thank you for your understanding.

Due to high demand, we recommend booking your appointments in advance to secure your preferred time. To ensure every client receives personalised care and the highest standard of treatment, Skin Nation offers a limited number of appointments each day.
If you can’t find a suitable appointment time online, please call us on (03) 5333 3377 and our team will happily assist you or help book with your preferred therapist.
While we always aim to accommodate therapist requests noted when booking online, this cannot always be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding.
If you are booking multiple appointments, please ensure each booking is made under the name of the person attending.
Deposits & Online Bookings
To secure your appointment time, selected services require a 50% deposit when booking. This allows us to reserve dedicated time with your therapist.
When booking online, deposits are processed securely through PayPal to confirm and secure your appointment.
Cancellations & Changes
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
– With more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment.
– With less than 24 hours’ notice, deposits are non-refundable and cancellation fees may apply.
– No-shows or missed appointments may result in the full treatment cost being charged.
If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to send a friend or family member in your place to use the appointment, or move your booking to another time the same day if availability allows.
We often operate with a waitlist, so providing sufficient notice allows us to offer your appointment to another client.
Please note that messages left on Sundays or public holidays cannot be accepted as sufficient notice, as we are unable to rebook the appointment in time.
Arrival & Appointments

To maintain a safe, calm and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that clients attend appointments alone and child-free, as children cannot be accommodated due to workplace safety requirements.
For your convenience, free parking is available directly outside the salon.

Before Your Appointment
To help you get the most from your visit, please review the following information before arriving at Skin Nation.
Arrive a few minutes early
If you are a new client, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete your consultation form.
Come with clean skin where possible
Arriving without heavy makeup allows us to begin your treatment promptly and maximise your treatment time.
Shower before body treatments
If you are booked for sugaring or body treatments, we kindly ask that you shower beforehand where possible or freshen up with wipes for your comfort and to allow us to perform your treatment efficiently
Pause active skincare if advised
If you are booked for advanced treatments such as peels, skin needling, or laser, you may be advised to pause active ingredients such as retinol, AHAs or BHAs prior to your appointment.
Bring your current skincare
If you’re unsure whether your products are supporting your skin goals, feel free to bring them with you. Our therapists are happy to review your routine and make personalised recommendations.
